USAID Opportunity 2.0 is a program designed to support existing programs and mechanisms for Filipino out-of-school youth (OSY) that improve education, employment, and livelihood outcomes by 2025. Launched in 2020, the program focuses on three key components: second-chance education, workforce readiness, and positive youth development.
