Integrated Enterprise Risk Management Framework

We offered a process and framework through which our clients can best deliver core business solution to the biggest sustainable development challenges. Using data from academic research and input from the client’s managers and officers, we started with a baseline assessment of how mature the client is in terms of sustainability awareness. Through training seminars with managers from seven subsidiaries scattered over eight months, we helped them identify sustainability risks and opportunities. We had them also assess and prioritize their risks, impacts, and opportunities and create a harmonized strategy to minimize or eliminate risks and maximize opportunities by addressing sustainability issues. We helped the conglomerate improve its ESG Disclosure Strategy. We did this by doing research on the industry as well as the client’s reports. Based on this, we rated the how much the client aggravates the risk, how much the risk affects the company, and how much influence the company has in the industry with regarding to averting the risk. We then presented this to the client and adjusted the rating based on their experiences and input. The engagement lasted from February 2021 to September 2021. The results of this process will be integrated into the conglomerate’s annual reports, sustainability reports, and operations.
