A Philippine-based Department of Migrant Workers (DMW, formerly POEA) recruitment and sending organization with the purpose of recruiting, placing, training and developing skills of Filipino workers for international deployment. ESII is one of the recruitment companies of the EMS Group whose clientele has grown from Japan to Malaysia, India, China, Australia, Mexico, Hungary and France.
