Seeks to promote gender equality in the public sector; address gender wage gaps; promote pay equity; rebuild the social organization of care; recognize and value unpaid care work; eliminate gender-based violence; promote economic rights of women workers; and ratify ILO Convention 190 on the Elimination of Violence and Harassment in the World of Work
